[Samba] PDC Shows two workgroup names

My PDC (Ubuntu 8.04, samba 3.0.28a) shows up in the browse list as two 
workgroups

THELMA (the netbios name for the machine)
Workgroup THELMA is empty

and

ATLANTA (the domain name)
THELMA is listed inside workgroup ATLANTA

running

	nmblookup -A 127.0.0.1

yields

        THELMA          <00> -         H <ACTIVE>
        THELMA          <03> -         H <ACTIVE>
        THELMA          <20> -         H <ACTIVE>
        ..__MSBROWSE__. <01> - <GROUP> H <ACTIVE>
        ATLANTA         <1d> -         H <ACTIVE>
        ATLANTA         <1b> -         H <ACTIVE>
        ATLANTA         <1c> - <GROUP> H <ACTIVE>
        ATLANTA         <1e> - <GROUP> H <ACTIVE>
        ATLANTA         <00> - <GROUP> H <ACTIVE>

        MAC Address = 00-00-00-00-00-00

 How do I make it stop?
