[Samba] samba4 on ubuntu intrepid, winbind success only in single process model

A brief rundown of my experiences with Samba4

One note in particular that might be helpful to developers: I could join 
a linux machine running winbind 2:3.2.3-1ubuntu3 to the domain only when 
running in single process mode.
