[Samba] pdb_increment_bad_password_count: pdb_get_account_policy failed.

Hi all,

When a particular user tries to log into a machine that is a member of 
an LDAP backed Samba domain, the following is logged:

[2008/03/25 09:09:23, 0] 
passdb/passdb.c:pdb_increment_bad_password_count(1477)
   pdb_increment_bad_password_count: pdb_get_account_policy failed.

Obviously "something" is wrong with the password policies, but the error 
message gives to clue as to what that "something" might be.

Can anyone give me a clue as to what I must check?
