[Samba] problem loading ldif

I have an ldif I'm trying to load for sambaprofilepath and sambahomepath 
getting an error, and I'm not sure why.  any help?

ldapmodify -D "cn=Manager,dc=mdah,dc=state,dc=ms,dc=us" -w xxxxxxx -x -v 
-f modifywelty.ldif
