[Samba] Symlinks and samba-3

Just read that "unix extensions yes" should be in [Global] to fix  
this, I tried it and it works.
However, there are some security issues with that, so I will leave it  
out, since the most important clients are Windows anyway. We use  
Netatalk for the Macs.
