[Samba] smbd4winsr-1.0.6-29.src.rpm high cpu load

There're known memory leaks in samba4wins-1.0.6. I'll hopefully
release 1.0.7 in the next weeks, where most of them are fixed.

The high cpu usage could be a combination of the high memory usage
and the scavenging, which runs once every 3 days by default.
