[Samba] net group user /add /domain

I have a domain with PDC and BDC win2000, some print server using
Linux+samba+cups and most workstations using either win2k or winXP.
To add an user to people allowed to print i use the command:
net groupname username /add /domain , but i have to run it from a XP WS
almost
completely dedicated to this purpose (or connect via ssh to the BDC and
run there).
Is there a way to run it directly from the linux print server, so i can
put the commands in a script, run by a program invoked by the *ix machine
?
Same for net user /domain, to retrieve user informations.
