[Samba] unable to join a NT4 Domain since 3.0.28a

I am currently using Samba 3.0.30,1 on various FreeBSD servers (version 6.3
and 7.0) and I am still seeing this issue since upgrading from 3.0.28. Has
the patch been applied to 3.0.30,1 or will it be applied to a later release?
