Hello list,
I have installed samba-3.0.24 on FC 6.
I have some problems to authenticate users against pam_winbind
If the user has the winbind separator in the username then the
authentication does not work
Here are some logs:

Here is my conf

password server = home.domain.biz
encrypt passwords = yes
smb passwd file = /etc/samba/smbpasswd

template shell = /bin/bash
winbind separator = -
winbind use default domain = no
netbios name = linux20
winbind enum users = yes
winbind enum groups = yes
winbind cache time = 15
I had the same configuration on FC4 with samba-3.0.23a and it worked
Any ideas?
Thanks
