Yes, definitely a web proxy server. I'm running Squid 2.6.18 on FreeBSD 
6-stable.

I don't believe FreeBSD has lsof but I think sockstat will do the job?

These show up in /var/log/samba/log.winbindd. Samba 3.0.28,1.
