[Samba] moveuser.exe and Vista

Just wanted to add this to the Samba knowledge archives.

The moveuser.exe utility provided in Windows Server resource kits does 
not work with Windows Vista. Instead, you need to install the 
Win32_Profile WMI utility on the Vista box. More information is
