[Samba] User access to [homes] share

Hello,

I have a client who would like to share out the user's home directories.
This is simple enough. The caveat, though, is that he, as himself or root,
would like to be able to look into the other user's directories. This would
not be a privacy issue, as the client is a professor, and the students will
be uploading their work to the server. Does anyone have any idea how to
allow a user to have access to the other user's home share?
