[Samba] password server rejecting the password

and following is my configuration

	server string = Samba Server
	security = SERVER
	password server = WINDOWS
	client lanman auth = No
	client plaintext auth = No
	log file = /var/log/samba/%m.log
	max log size = 50
	dns proxy = No
	ldap ssl = no
	cups options = raw
