[Samba] LMB doesnt answer?

Hi,

nmblookup -M workgroup
querying workgroup on 192.168.0.255
192.168.0.5 workgroup<1d>

smbclient -NL //192.168.0.5
timeout connecting to 192.168.0.5:445
timeout connecting to 192.168.0.5:139
Error connecting to 192.168.0.5 (Die Operation wird bereits ausgeführt)
Connection to 192.168.0.5 failed

But nmap -sP tells me that the machine is still online?
Whats wrong?
