Hi list

DFS Links in a separate share seems to work, but in the
[homes] section does not.

Is this a known problem?

Samba is 3.0.26a.

/etc/smb.conf excerpts:
---------------------------- 8< ----------------------------
[global]
  ...
  host msdfs = yes
  ...

[homes]
  ...
  msdfs root = yes
  ...

[dfstest]
  path = /data/dfsroot
  msdfs root = yes

---------------------------- 8< ----------------------------

DFS Links:
---------------------------- 8< ----------------------------
server# ls -la /data/dfsroot/
...
lrwxrwxrwx   1 root     other         21 Nov 26 09:31 test1 -> msdfs:server1\sharename
lrwxrwxrwx   1 root     other         19 Nov 26 09:31 test2 -> msdfs:server2\sharename
lrwxrwxrwx   1 root     other         17 Nov 26 09:31 test3 -> msdfs:server3\sharename

server# ls -la /home/staff/myaccount/
...
lrwxrwxrwx   1 root     other         25 Nov 28 10:22 Pool1  -> msdfs:server1\sharename
lrwxrwxrwx   1 root     other         17 Nov 28 10:22 secure -> msdfs:server2\sharename

---------------------------- 8< ----------------------------

The error on the Windows client is "Network path not found".

Thanks
Chris
