[Samba] net rpc join -U root error

yeah, no luck :(

[root at gomer ~]# /etc/rc.d/init.d/smb restart && /etc/rc.d/init.d/winbind 
restart
Shutting down SMB services:                                [  OK  ]
Starting SMB services:                                     [  OK  ]

Shutting down Winbind services:                            [  OK  ]
Starting Winbind services:                                 [  OK  ]
[root at gomer ~]# net rpc join -U root%xxxxxxx
Unable to find a suitable server
