[Samba] 3.0.25 smbclient problem

I applied Jerry Carter's proposed patch set to a freshly extracted
samba-3.0.25.tar.gz, compiled and installed it on a test system.  The
exact smbclient issue I described below is still present.

I'm guessing this is the uid bug that Jerry fixed yesterday, will be in
3.0.25a.
