[Samba] prexec change between 3.0.24 to 3.0.25

Steve Langasek later suggested that such "now bogus" configuration
options could maybe trigger either a warning or a rejection by samba
so that users do not end up with unexpected behaviour.

What would be the Samba Team stance on this ?
