[Samba] cups, firefox + acrobat (Getting PJL output)

I figured this one out. The issue was that PJL cruft from the Windows driver was getting added to the top of the document, and the cups filters seemed to be detecting the file as postscript. That caused the file to get further process by the cups filters and resulted in PJL output on the printer.

I came accross a helpfull post
http://lists.samba.org/archive/samba/2002-September/051879.html

After reading that, I created my own x.types and x.convs file to detect the PJL jobs.

x.types
==================================================================
application/monts.samba string(10,"PJL COMMENT MS PCLXL NT Driver")

x.convs
==================================================================
application/monts.samba        application/vnd.cups-raw        0       -

That seems to have fixed things.
