[Samba] Samba breaks after upgrading to 3.0.24

Haven't seen that one before.  Sounds like misconfigured unix charset
and LOCALE setting perhaps.

If you are not running winbindd. this is normal.  The log msgs
were cleaned up post 3.0.24.
