[Samba] Need some explanation on Samba/NFS locks handle

Perhaps we could use byte range locks at NFS client side 
and modify Samba server side to check byte range locks opening the file :
- if no lock : apply byte range locks and open the file
- if there is a lock : return to the smb client a sharing violation
