[Samba] Tar with smbclient

This is what I get when using the -d 3 switch
lp_load: refreshing parameters

resolve_hosts: Attempting host lookup for name servccc<0x20>

error connecting to (Connection refused)
Connecting to at port 139
cli_session_setup: NT1 session setup failed!
session setup failed: NT_STATUS_LOGON_FAILURE

Any ideas?
