[Samba] Tar with smbclient

This is what I get when using the -d 3 switch
lp_load: refreshing parameters

error connecting to 192.168.1.30:445 (Connection refused)
Connecting to 192.168.1.30 at port 139
cli_session_setup: NT1 session setup failed!
session setup failed: NT_STATUS_LOGON_FAILURE
Any ideas?
