[Samba] problem establishing a trust to Win2003 and samba

Hello,

I have a problem establishing a trust to Win2003 (domaine testcoet) and samba (domaine broceliande) where the Windows domain is  the trusted domain.
When I try to establish the trust from the samba side, I get the following 
error:

net rpc trustdom establish  testcoet

Could not connect to server W31INFO
