[Samba] Charset problems, for the first time

:-)

Unfortunately, charset conversion can't fix the fact that names of
_newly_created_ files and folders are interpreted slightly differenty
by Windows clients vs an ssh session on the server.

Will look at convmv anyway, maybe there's some pointers there.
