Jerry,
I don't want to chenge the existing, just change the next rid
issued. I have tried to change the sambaNextRid and Samba NextGroupRid in my
LDAP database, but it still wants to issue the sam 3006 rid.
Is it posible to change the next issed rid ?

Does the machine account overlap with another uid ?
If you change the existing account's SID, then certain ACL
and roaming profiles settings may break as well.
