[Samba] Samba ACL bug?

Hi,jerry.
How are you?

Afterwards, I kept investigating. 
This problem doesn't occur in the ext3 filesystem. 
(This problem occurs by the vxfs filesystem. )

There are some questions. 

Q1.Does not Samba correspond to VxFS?

Q2.Does the program that sets ACL have the difference by the filesystem?
