[Samba] NT MD4 password check bug??

I looked at that bug, it's broken with 3.0.25c and the fix from #4866 didn't
fix the 8 char password bug for me. I'm not sure that the 8 char password
problem is a duplicate of #4866. I did not yet find a different solution
after all.
