[Samba] Samba using linux root under ADS mode

hi all am having a problem connecting to my samba server on linux using the host's root account. I have created a local smbpassword for root but am unable to connect to any shares with it.

my primary reason is that am trying to get cupsaddsmb program to copy up driver.

so I tested with smb client and my smbd is not allowing root connections any advice?
