[Samba] file size restriction

Hi,

Is there a way to configure Samba to restrict user's ability to copy a 
file to the server if the file is over a certain size. I would like to 
place a limit on file copy size of about 40 mb because many of our users 
are pretty stupid and stubborn and insist on copying huge files to the 
server.
