This looks as if you have set a security descriptor for the
share with srvmgr.exe or similar tools. You might want to
look at that.
If you are sure that you do not want any access controls
beyond your valid users entries, you might delete the file
share_info.tdb and restart smbd. But please be aware that
this destroys the security descriptors you have set, so be
careful.
