[Samba] number of days for password espiration warning setting

The number of days before password expiration a user gets the warning
when he/she logs on the Win XP workstation.
Is this a local setting on the workstation
(key passwordexpirywarning in my case 14 days, under
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows
NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon)
or is there a samba setting to override it in any way?
or does Unix/Linux user settings influence this parameters?
