[Samba] Home shares not mapped with netlogon

in smb.conf, try
  logon drive = I:
  logon home = \\%L\\%U

this will make windows map the "I" drive to the servers
\\netbios name\username

and you shouldn't have to specify them in your netlogon scripts.
