[Samba] smbclient problem plz help!!

Hi! im new on the list, im from argentina
and im a pretty newbie in linux world
so my problem is: im trying to conect with smbclient to windows 2003
server shared folders
when i try to connect appears many errors

smb version 3.0.14-debian

first try
smbclient //serverIP/folder/ -U user -P pass
Unable to fetch machine password

i add to HOST file Nserver as my serverIP
second try
smbclient //Nserver/floder -U user (this time i dont config password with -P)
password: pass
Domain=[Nserver] OS=[Windows server 2003 3790] Server=[Windows Server 2003 5.2]
tree connect failed: NT_STATUS_BAD_NETWORK_NAME

so i dont know what is happen
any help will be usefull
