[Samba] OT again--using NT system policy editor

Hi list-oids,

I am trying to create nt-style policies using the windows system policy
editor as per the samba wiki
(http://wiki.samba.org/index.php/Implementing_System_Policies_with_Samba).

I have installed the system policy editor on a win2k pro workstation on
our samba domain; it runs but does not allow me to edit policies--all
the policies are greyed out.  BTW, I have installed Mike Peterson's
custom.adm template and the sys pol editor does see it.  There's a
screenshot attached, if that helps any.

Does anyone know how to enable the policies?
