	Use UTF-8 and Samba3 and you will be safe. Your filesystem
and locale should be read to deal with special characters (and
there is always convmv if you have problems).

	I'm Brazilian and we have a lot of similar characters and
my users have no problem. ;)  (BTW, I really dislike filenames
with special chars).
