[Samba] Windows XP refresh Problem

As a user I don't mind this at all. I have no problem hitting the F5 key on
my keyboard if I have an explorer window open for an extended period
of time.

As a sysadmin I prefer not wasting server and network bandwidth
continuously monitoring every folder that every user has open in explorer.
And also none of my users have ever complained about this functionality.
They know about it and have no problem with it either.
