[Samba] Windows cannot create profile directory

Well, this is how *I* set things up on my PDC, but nevertheless it
still didn't work from the *one and only* Win2k laptop. Instead, it
worked as "out-of-the-box" with other two PCs, Win2k and WinXP. I
think there is something messed up with the Win2k registry: the client
shouldn't be trying to create a roaming profile while it is by default
set up to *not* use them!
