[Samba] NT_STATUS_ACCESS_DENIED

When I run:

/usr/local/samba>bin/smbclient -U user%pass -L //myhost -N

I get:

Domain=[MYDOMAIN] OS=[Unix] Server=[Samba 3.0.22]
tree connect failed: NT_STATUS_ACCESS_DENIED

Is there someplace this error message is explained??

My smb.conf file is:
