[Samba] winbind crashes after clean build of 3.0.22

Net ads join -U<admin>%<passwd> appears to work.  The machine is joined to
the domain.  Is there any way I can verify this through secrets.tdb?

It would be interesting to see the answer to the question
winbind is asking you here. Did you successfully do a net
join?
