[Samba] overzealous Windows security

I think this is to do with the "security zones" that Windows stored
in a separate filestream on a file. You might be able to set this
in the security parameters - I'm not 100% sure as I am in the happy
position of never having to use XP for anything (other than testing Samba :-).
