[Samba] Unable to Join system to Domain at BDC

Your smb.conf should be made as similar as reasonable between the PDC
and BDC, just to avoid silly mistakes and inconsistencies. Likewise
the common sections of any openldap configuration between master and
slave servers (I ended up setting up an includes based system for both
openldap, with rsync to synchronise the common elements).
Also, ensure that if you have two different networks, that clients can
always see a PDC in the netbios space (ie, ensure they share a common
wins server, or that both servers are a 'PDC' in netbios).
