[Samba] Owner changes when modifying Excel & Word files

There is not solution and it is by design.  You can read all about it on

Dear all,

I am using Samba 3.0.20-4 SUSE.
When a user (under Windows) modifies an Excel or Word file, he/she
becomes the owner of that file !!!
I have read that this is because Excel & Word delete the original file
and recreate a new one with the modifications.
But I didn't find a solution to prevent this.
