This makes more sense to me...

nss_base_passwd		ou=People,dc=bluemapletech,dc=com?one
nss_base_shadow		ou=People,dc=bluemapletech,dc=com?one

nss_base_passwd		ou=Hosts,dc=bluemapletech,dc=com?one
