[Samba] Samba file server authenticated via active directory

Hey all,

I have configured samba,winbind, and pam to join and use credentials
from our domain server. Everything works as expected except
authentication against samba shares. It simply rejects the password
and prompts for re-entry.

I have set the following in smb.conf:
security= domain

I am running Ubuntu Dapper.

Any ideas what might be the blocker?
