The smb.conf man page is the best.  Just grep for acl
and dos.*mode.  note that the 'acl group control' is being
rolled into 'dos filemode' in 3.0.23 so there will only
be one parameter to set.

This privilege applies to the add/modify/delete share
commands & modifying share permissions (different from
file system acls).
