[Samba] Error changing ACL when not the owner of the file...

Thanks for your help! I just couldn't seem to find any useful
parameters. Can you tell me where I can lookup (in documentation) what
this parameter does and maybee what more acl parameters I could use?

And does this mean that the SeDiskOperatorPrivilege doesn't work?
