[Samba] Re: Create a share - permissions

Could it be the 'msec' program that Mandrake runs from /etc/cron.daily 
and /etc/cron.hourly (possibly /etc/cron.weekly)?  We've had permissions 
change for now reason and found out that it was setting them every hour 
or so. . .
