[Samba] can't authenticate after upgrade to 3.0.23a

You have two very strange [global] settings.

> force user = mike
> security = share

Why "security=share" ? If your global setting
is such that all users are mike, why not just
use the default security = user, allow guests
and force all users to mike.

What are you trying to achieve here ?
