For the record, I knew about this when we shipped 3.0.23a
but didn't have time to properly fix it.   I did the same
quick fix you did for the RedHat and Fedora SRPMS.
I'll have this fixed in the next release 3.0.23b or 3.0.24
depending on which comes first).
