[Samba] 3.0.23a: makerpms.sh doesn't work on RedHat 9

The script

samba-3.0.23a/packaging/RedHat-9/makerpms.sh

doesn't work on a Redhat 9 machine.

It has:

VERSION='3.0.23a'
REVISION='a'

and later:

chown -R ${USERID}.${GRPID} samba-${VERSION}${REVISION}

This would refer to a folder samba-3.0.23aa which doesn't exist.

The attached patch fixes this problem.
